How do I reschedule a lesson?
Our lives are hectic and schedules can get crazy and I am happy to accommodate any rescheduling.
To reschedule, go to the email you received after booking your lesson and you will find a place to reschedule. Simply select any available day and time that works for you. You may also cancel through this same link. If you cannot find the email, please email me directly at [email protected]
My only requirement is that you do so AT LEAST 1 day before a lesson in order to guarantee a reschedule.
Can I cancel my lesson?
Yes. If you can no longer make your lesson and do not want to reschedule at this time, you may cancel your lesson and receive a full refund as long as it was done so AT LEAST 24 hours in advance.
To cancel your lesson, go to the email you received after booking your lesson and you will find a place to cancel. Confirm the cancellation. If you cannot find the email, please email me directly at [email protected] so I can best assist you.
No shows will be charged the full amount without a refund.
Can I purchase more than one lesson?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of a lesson more than once, simply email me directly or come back to this page and click on my calendar. You may only book 1 lesson in advance. If for any reason you would like to schedule more than 1 at a time, please email me directly first so we can figure out the best plan to accommodate you. [email protected]
